Desert Botanical Garden 2

Here are some of the plants and animals we saw.  They loved this Old Man Cactus, because it was 'tricking you' since it looks 'fluffy'.

 After we took a class picture, someone noticed this lizard on the rock right behind us

 organ pipe cactus with part of an arm cut off to reveal a star:

 Below is a round tailed ground squirrel (but he moved when I took the shot), which the class really enjoyed watching.  I didn't get a picture of the nearby rabbit.  I think the excited exclamations scared him off.

We also saw lots of saguaro 'cactus hotels' and some where we could see the ribs.
